We are seeking a candidate who has a deep understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and architecture, as well as hands-on experience with log analysis tools such as Elasticsearch and Kibana, or Splunk, or Log Falcon of CrowdStrike. Job Description:
1. Technical expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with observability tools, such as log aggregation, tracing, and monitoring systems.
2. Experience with log analysis tools like Elasticsearch and Kibana or Splunk or Log Falcon of CrowdStrike.
3. Cloud computing experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and familiarity with distributed systems is important.
4. Experience with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Experience with programming languages such (example as Python or Go ).
6. Strong problem-solving skills: The ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in a timely manner is crucial
7. Collaboration: Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
8. Continuous learning: A desire to stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends in observability and related fields.
9. Understanding of system and application performance, including experience with performance profiling and optimization.
Other Requirements:
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
(2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
(3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
(4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
(6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
