Automation and Domain Consultant

Your Responsibilities Includes:

Identity & Access Management Domain:

• You are familiar working with applications in Identity & Access Management.
• You have good understanding of Identity Management, Identity life cycle, Roles, Access Policies, Workflows, Access Management, Access Controls and Access Reviews.
• You define and execute Testing strategy with business team.
• Coordinate with Business Stakeholders and Requirement Engineers to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• You closely work with different teams such as business analysts, Engineering teams, change management and IT to execute programs effectively.
• Analyze production issues and provide QA support in identifying the root cause.
• Provide support in analyzing compliance, audit issues with required test evidence.

Quality Engineering:

• You will create innovative quality engineering solutions and familiar using automation execution frameworks.
• Involve in Functional testing, Integration, End-to-End testing, database validations and automation testing for various Identity & Access Management applications.
• Test case design in Day-In-The-Life testing model.
• Establish Test Automation process and involve in evaluating/planning the automation roadmap
• Feasibility study and define the best frameworks for implementing test automation (API testing, GUI testing, Database validations, etc.).
• Test Automation and maintenance of test cases using Selenium, Cucumber, REST Assured and SQL.
• Adopt DevOps principles with CI & CD implementation, Cloud Integration and Scaling.
• Be part of an Agile Team involving Scrum based test approach.
• Good collaboration and communication

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

• Extensive knowledge & working experience with applications, tools in Identity & Access Management domain (IAM).
• Strong knowledge & working experience in Access Management principles, Policies, Roles, Workflows, Access Controls, Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes, etc
• Very good knowledge & working experience in Identity Management such as Identity life cycle, various types of Identities, Identifiers, etc
• Knowledge & working experience with applications in Banking and Financial Services domain is a plus.
• Planning and execution of manual and automated tests (Functional, Regression and End-to-End tests)
• Strong Analytical skills in analyzing the production issues, compliance and audit issues.
• 10+ years of professional experience in financial services, defining Test strategies, standardizing Test tools, Test Automation frameworks, and Test processes to increase cost savings and driving customer satisfaction.
• 8+ years of Technical Expertise including Java, Javascript, Database and SOAP / REST web services.

1. Strong expertise in Test Automation using Selenium (Webdriver), Cucumber (BDD), REST Assured(API), SQL(Database).
2. You have worked with at least one Object Oriented programming language (Java(preferred), Python, C# or C++)
3. Ability to write complex SQLs for Database validations.
4. Experience in Behavior-driven development (BDD) and Test-driven development (TDD) test automation frameworks.
5. Hands-on experience delivering automation with a focus on continuous integration/continuous deployment. (Git, Jenkins)
6. Experience in other automation tools (UFT, Tosca) is a plus.
7. Experience in other open source automation tools (Playwright, Cypress) is a plus.
8. Extensive working experience with Test Management tools (HP ALM/Octane)
9. Strong working experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA (Xray), Confluence, Odyssey.
10. Further training in software testing (ISTQB advanced level certification) is a big plus.

• Proven experience in handling and delivering Testing Services for Project Delivery, such as managing the entire testing efforts throughout the project life cycle, stepping into and turning around failing high risk projects, developing test strategies and test plans, and managing test design and execution. (e.g. Test Management, Functional Testing, E2E Testing, Coach Testing teams, etc)
• Hands-on Testing experience, familiar with a wide range of technologies, and managing and/or working directly with industry leading and open source testing tools (e.g. Test Automation, API Testing, DB Testing, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)
• Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations.
• Good communication skills on all levels & Fluency in English.
• 100% flexibility to work in different cities in Switzerland.
• Proven experience in working with global teams.
• Co-ordination expertise with Onshore-Offshore model.
