Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
AI & ML Innovation (40%)
• Design and develop multi-agent AI systems for autonomous testing using enterprise frameworks
• Architect intelligent testing swarms with agent-to-agent communication protocols
• Implement ML-powered predictive analytics for defect prevention and risk mitigation
• Build NLP-based solutions for requirement analysis and automated test generation
• Create real-time visualization dashboards using modern JavaScript libraries for service mesh monitoring

Banking Domain Leadership (30%)
• Lead comprehensive testing strategies across Wealth Management and Banking verticals
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations (Basel III, FINMA, ISO 20022, PCI-DSS)
• Validate complex financial instruments, portfolio management systems, and trading platforms
• Design test scenarios for client-facing document validations, regulatory reporting, and compliance checks
• Navigate legacy system challenges and integration architecture in Swiss banking ecosystems
• Oversee testing for enterprise-scale microservices in banking operations
Technical Architecture & Automation (20%)
• Build scalable test automation frameworks supporting multiple protocols and technologies
• Implement sophisticated CI/CD pipelines with enterprise DevOps tools
