Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong experience in production support, cloud platforms, and CI/CD engineering. This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable working in high-availability environments, handling incidents, and driving automation across the DevOps lifecycle.
You will play a key role in ensuring stability, performance, and continuous delivery of business-critical platforms within enterprise and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and platforms
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITIL practices
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
- Support application deployments, releases, and hotfix activities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Manage and support cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security compliance
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Required Qualifications
- 10–13 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, or Platform Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Geneos, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or regulated environments
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices
- Knowledge of data platforms or ETL tools
- Experience in observability and performance tuning
- Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps, including:
- Managing and deploying AI/LLM-based applications
- Working with model monitoring and AI pipelines
- Understanding AI infrastructure and lifecycle management
